Who we are

MB Pakinnova operates this website and its divisions — Pakinnova Labels, Pakinnova Packaging & Cardboard, and Pakinnova Agro. This notice explains how we handle personal data when you use the site or contact us.

What data we collect

• Enquiry / quote forms: the name, company, email, phone and message details you submit. We use these only to respond to your enquiry and to provide quotes and related business communication.
• Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, server-side analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across sites. We see aggregate figures such as page views and referrers — not personal profiles.

Legal basis & retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding to and managing business relationships (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Form submissions are processed through our hosting provider (Netlify) purely to deliver messages to us. We share data with third parties only where necessary to fulfil an order (e.g. logistics) or where legally required.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. Contact info@pakinnova.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).
